Peter has over 20 years experience which includes multi-disciplinary project management, civil/structural engineering design, contract administration, strategic infrastructure management, local government and community development/planning, management and implementation of major programs. Peter has also worked extensively in remote areas and indigenous communities throughout Queensland providing essential health infrastructure.
Terry Medhurst - Director/Principal Geotechnical Engineer

Terry has over 20 years experience in various research, consulting and management roles in the civil and mining engineering industries. Civil advice includes project management, slope stability, foundations, earthworks and retaining structures. Mining expertise includes both underground and open pit feasibility studies, technical reviews, stability assessments, ground support, numerical modelling and due diligence across both the coal and metalliferous sectors.
Alan C. McPherson - Principal Civil/Structural Engineer
Dip CE (FIT) FIEAust, CPEng, NPER, RPEQ, MAICD
Alan has a long history of providing specialist engineering in the areas of residential subdivisions, industrial subdivisions and tourist projects in the North Queensland region. He has over 37 years experience in a broad range of areas including project and contract management, infrastructure planning and design, roads and stormwater engineering design and has a sound knowledge of Council and Government processes, disputation procedures and is an experienced expert witness on development engineering issues.
Jeffrey Sue Yek - Principal Civil Engineer

Jeff has over 30 years experience in infrastructure planning and design, roadworks, rail, stormwater drainage, water supply systems, sewerage systems, hydrological and hydraulic analysis. He has worked extensively throughout Queensland on many wide and varied projects.
Rudd Rankine - Senior Civil/Geotechnical Engineer
BE (Civil) (Hons) PhD, RPEQ
Rudd is a senior civil/geotechnical engineer with experience in the areas of local government management and planning, foundations, pavements, earthworks, soils engineering, mining backfill. He has more recently focused his efforts on strategic infrastructure management for local authorities.
Boipuso Samuel - Civil/Structural Engineer
BE (Civil) BSc, MIEAust
Sam is a project engineer with 5 years experience as a civil/structural designer, with recent involvement in geotechnical investigations and site inspections. His background includes structural analysis and design of residential and commercial buildings, bridges, marine structures, structural investigations and civil infrastructure work. He is also involved in project management and contract administration of numerous projects as a superintendent.
